Does Aktunchen include transportation?
By the moment we don´t have transportation outside of the park, we just have a shuttle from the park highway to our reception. There is a security man at the park highway entrance that advice us and we send a transportation from 10 am till 2 pm.
Is it possible to bring food or drinks into Aktunchen?
Our restaurant is closed by the moment, we just have soft drinks and snacks (is allowed to bring a light lunch)
What is your cancellation and refund policy?
- Reservations canceled 15 days or more before the scheduled day 100% refund, from 14 to 4 before the scheduled day of the visit are subject to an additional fee of 20%. All reservations canceled from 3 to 0 days before the visit date, or in case of no-show, will not be refunded.
Pets Allowedin Aktunchen?
- Pets are not allowed in Aktunchen.
